Our Trust of Schools

Admissions

How to Apply

Over the last two years Marine Academy is undoubtedly one of the most improved schools in the country. If you have been in to one of our many open mornings you will have seen exactly what we are about. If you want your child to attend a school that believes every child who joins us should have the opportunity to attend University when they leave then this is the place for you. We believe discipline and very high standards, coupled with some of the best teaching in the country will mean that your child will achieve great things with us.

Our popularity is soaring and we have extended the number of students we can accept each year to meet that demand. If you have yet to see us, please contact

Elliot.Crook@marineacademy.org.uk to book a tour and come and see what everyone is talking about.

To apply to Marine Academy Plymouth to join Year 7 at the start of the next academic year, please visit www.devon.gov.uk/admissions. Alternatively, please visit Apply for an in-year school transfer school place | PLYMOUTH.GOV.UK if you are a family wanting to change schools during the year.

Admission authorities must set (‘determine’) admission arrangements every year. Where changes are proposed to admission arrangements, the admission authority must first publicly consult on those arrangements. If no changes are made to admission arrangements, they must be consulted on at least every seven years.

Please let us know if you need assistance with your application, we’ll be happy to help or to have a tour of the Academy, please email contact@marineacademy.org.uk
