Roller Disco

Family Roller Discos are back on the winter timetable with Discos on Saturday 8th october, November 12 th and December 10th. Doors open at 1pm with the fun commencing 1.30 until 3.30pm. Skates are available to hire.

Netball

Our adult netball club welcomes new members from age 15, to attend coaching sessions at the Academy.
The Marine Academy Plymouth netball club is amongst the largest in the Plymouth and District league with 6 sides competing.
The friendly club also organises a host of social events.

Streetdance and Hip-Hop Classes

What an opportunity to learn the moves with Hannah Hawkey, the Marine Academy Plymouth dance instructor. These are fun sessions incorporating a variety of routines leading up to performances every term. Experience is not required but enthusiasm certainly is!
The junior session is aimed at primary school children aged from 6 to11 and the intermediate session from ages 12 to16.
£2 per session

Zumba

The latest fitness craze is at the Academy! Zumba workout provides fun, long-term fitness benefits through exhilarating high calorie-burning fitness classes with simple Latin and urban dance moves. Sculpt and tone your body while burning fat.
Tuesdays 7-8pm You have to try it, everyone’s talking about it!

Remote Control Clubs

Cars
Our car club meets every second Sunday 10am-5pm at the Academy. New members are welcome. Come up and take a look.
We also host the southwest leg of the national finals on January 22nd/23rd 2011. This is a great event to watch!

Flying
The Flying Club meets every Tuesday evening 8-9.30pm with an array of helicopters, planes and other weird and wonderful flying machines.
New members are very welcome.
